Callixte Mbarushimana

Mbarushimana is accused of becoming a militia chief who killed fellow U.N. workers who were Tutsi, and of offering U.N. vehicles and other assistance to Hutu killers. He lives in France and is suing the U.N. for back wages. Rwanda wants him extradited.
